The primary Mission of Staff Development is to provide professional and personal growth for all individuals in the college community in order to meet the challenges of the new millennium.  The Staff Development program promotes excellence in instruction and effective student support services.  The program also encourages a dynamic comprehensive, educational continuum to facilitate student success.
